1. Who we are

2. What we collect
- Contact form: your name, email address and message, and your confirmation that we may reply. Optionally your company, phone number and the service you choose. We also record the date and time you sent it.
- Spam protection: your IP address, kept for one hour as a one-way hash to limit repeated submissions.
- Server logs: our hosting provider records IP address, browser type and pages requested, for security.
- WhatsApp and email: whatever you choose to send us.
We do not use cookies for visitors, analytics or advertising trackers. Fonts and images load from our own server, so visiting the site does not send your data to third parties.
3. Why we use it, and our legal basis
- To answer your enquiry and prepare an offer or contract — Article 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps taken at your request before a contract) and, for general enquiries, Article 6(1)(f) (our legitimate interest in replying to messages).
- To protect the site from spam and abuse — Article 6(1)(f).
- To meet legal obligations, such as record-keeping if you become a client — Article 6(1)(c).
We do not sell your data, use it for automated decisions about you, or add you to marketing lists.
4. Who receives it
- Our staff who handle your enquiry.
- Our hosting and email providers, acting as processors under contract.
- Professional advisers, such as lawyers and accountants, where needed.
- Public authorities, where the law requires it.
If you contact us on WhatsApp, WhatsApp (Meta) processes those messages under its own privacy policy.
5. Transfers outside Europe
We are based in the European Union. If a provider processes your data outside the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, we rely on an adequacy decision or on the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.
6. How long we keep it
- Contact form messages: 24 months, then deleted automatically. If you become a client, we keep what the relationship and statutory retention periods require.
- Spam-protection data: one hour.
- Server logs: for the short period our hosting provider keeps them for security.
7. Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to how we use it, and to give you a copy in a portable format. Email contact@vandely.com. We reply within one month.
You can also complain to a data protection authority: in Romania, the ANSPDCP (dataprotection.ro); in the United Kingdom, the ICO (ico.org.uk); or the authority where you live or work.
8. Children
This website is for businesses and is not directed at anyone under 16.
9. Changes
We update this policy when our practices change. The date at the top shows the latest version.
